After a great networking opportunity at the Wagestream's very own in-house pub 'The Waging Bull', we were delighted to then pick up a trophy as part of the Wagestream Small Business Best Employer Awards.
Thanks to our teams candidness and some of the many internal systems and structures we have in place here at RideTandem, we were named as the company with the best employee recognition culture.
Our Marketing Executive Ted speaks on what this award means to him and the team:
"Winning this award not only reinstates the importance of the work we're doing behind the scenes at RideTandem, in terms of creating a solid culture, but it also goes a long way in attracting more great people to join our fast growing company.
