What we do

RideTandem provides fully-managed, reliable and sustainable workplace transport.

Our innovative platform connects passengers with local taxi, minibus, and coach companies to create affordable, convenient shuttle services. 

Once your service has launched, your dedicated account manager will continually optimise your route to ensure it remains cost effective and utilises the correct size vehicles.

Our 24/7 customer support team will handle any queries and you’ll be able to access real-time booking, boarding and carbon emission data.

Where it all began

Founded by Alex Shapland-Howes, Tatseng Chiam and Huw McLeod, RideTandem supports businesses, recruitment agencies and education providers across the UK and Germany.

Alex, our CEO, met a group of unemployed dads just outside Manchester who told him the biggest barrier to work was transport. This was the inspiration for creating an affordable, reliable, shuttle bus service.

Since that day, we’ve supported thousands of people to get to work affordably, safely and reliably. Our tech-enabled service also supports schools, colleges and universities to create a dedicated transport link.
